  1. The maximum number of jumpers allowed in the Bounce House at any one time are: · No more than 8 children between the ages of 3 - 7 years of age at any one time. · No more than 6 children between the ages of 8 - 12 years of age at any one time. · No more than 4 persons 12 years or older at any one time.
  2. All jumpers must remove shoes, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house.
  3. No silly string, confetti, gum, food, drinks, sprays, substances or chemicals are allowed in the bounce house. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the imposing of an additional cleaning fee.
  4. Fires (including bar-b-ques) should not be within 20 feet of the bounce house unit.
  5. No Piņatas should be mounted in the bounce house.
  6. To limit the potential for injury - no wrestling, flipping or rough housing is allowed in the bounce house.
  7. Do not allow jumpers to jump or bounce against the sides or near the doorway of the bounce house.
  8. No hanging from the netting on the sides or the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee will be imposed for damage to the roof and or side netting.
  9. Only children of the same age group and of similar physical stature are allowed to jump at the same time. Older and larger children cannot jump with younger and smaller children.
  10. Anyone with a history of any muscular-skeletal injuries (particularly head and neck), pregnant women, children under 3 years of age, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
  11. Only blow up type "beach balls" are allowed in the bounce house.
  12. No pets or animals allowed in the bounce houses at any time.
  13. If inflatable begins to lose air, evacuate unit immediately. Once the unit has been evacuated, check the following:
     1. a) the motor may have stopped, in which case check the cord connection at the outlet. Do not use any more than a total of a 100 feet of heavy extension cord (Stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry room)
     2. b) if the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the JUMP unit for snugness: re-tie if necessary, or
     3. c) If you can not correct the problem call New York Inflatables Inc. @ (347) 623-7300.
  14. Do not use if winds exceed 25mph. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the blower. Bounce house can flip over in high winds.
  15. Keep children away from the blower unit - risk of electric shock and serious injury may result.
  16. Do not operate the bounce house in rain or if ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping and electric shock may result.
  17. Unit must be anchored securely to prevent tipping.
  18. Children's safety depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. As the Lessee of the bounce house, the safety of all who come in contact with the bounce house or parts thereof is YOUR responsibility.
  19. ALTERATIONS AND ATTACHMENTS : No alteration in or attachments to the JUMP unit will be made without prior written approval of Lessor.
  20. TITLE TO JUMP : Lessee agrees to keep the JUMP unit in his/her custody and not to sublease, rent, sell, remove from the Delivery Address, or otherwise transfer such JUMP unit. The JUMP unit will remain the property of the Lessor and may be removed by Lessor at any time after the termination of this Rental Agreement.
  21. Cotton Candy Machines, Sno-cone Machines, Popcorn machines & Generators Rentals: Never service unit when plugged into electrical outlet. Make sure unit is grounded. Plug unit into a grounded receptacle only! Be sure that the switch is in the "OFF" position before plugging unit in. The renter must clean all units.

WARNING!

Never leave unit running unattended. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO OPERATE UNIT! Lessee has acknowledged that he or she has been fully instructed as to the operation and safety procedures of rental equipment. Never touch hot or moving parts. Never fill generator with gasoline when engine is hot! Never operate rental equipment in a wet environment.

Weather Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminently deteriorating weather conditions. You will receive a full refund if we cancel due to weather. There will be no refunds or reductions in price due to foul weather once the unit has been delivered and set-up.

Damage Policy

If the ride becomes damaged while in operation, please take the following steps: If the ride is ripped or looses air, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPERATE THE RIDE. Assist the riders in evacuating the ride and deflate the unit. Write down what happened. Include as many details as possible. Contact New York Inflatables Inc. immediately at (347) 623-7300. Cancellation Policy

A 3 day advance notification of cancellation is required (except due to weather conditions) for complete refund.

Release of Liability

The Lessee shall be in charge of the operation inflatable unit(s) and is fully responsible for the return of the unit in good working order. Lessee shall pay for theft and/or any damage of the inflatable unit or any other products that occurred during the rental period (while unit is in Lessee' possession). Lessor, New York Inflatables Inc., and its officers, employees and or agents is/are not responsible for any injury occurring to any person or persons in contact with the inflatable unit(s) or any other products during the rental period (while unit is in Lessee' possession).

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless New York Inflatables Inc., their agents, employees, directors, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, injuries and expenses arising out of or resulting from participation in these activities. I further agree to release, acquit and covenant not to sue New York Inflatables Inc., their agents, employees, directors, boards, subcontractors, and volunteers for all actions, causes of action claims or damages, damages in law or remedies in equity of whatever kind, including the negligence of New York Inflatables Inc., its directors, employees, agents, boards, volunteers, subcontractors, or my family, myself, or my heirs, against New York Inflatables Inc., its directors, employees, agents, boards, volunteers, subcontractors, or their heirs arising out of participation in this program.

I agree to the site of any lawsuit and the law governing any such lawsuit shall be Kings County, NY, and governed by Commonwealth of New York State law. The terms of this agreement shall continue and be in effect after the experience has ended.

As liquidated damages, I hereby agree that if New York Inflatables Inc., their agents, employees, directors, boards, subcontractors, and volunteers is forced to defend any action, lawsuit, or litigation by myself, my executors, or my heirs, on my family's behalf, my heirs or executors and I agree to pay New York Inflatables Inc., their agents, employees, directors, boards, subcontractors and volunteers costs and attorney fees to defend such action, lawsuit or litigation.

In short, New York Inflatables Inc., its directors, agents, boards, volunteers, subcontractors, or their heirs, cannot be sued, and if any lawsuit is held no-one can collect any money or other securities and properties.

I have read and understood ALL of the Rules listed above AND the Release of Liability and agree to abide by those rules and that New York Inflatables Inc. will be held harmless against any claims due to injury or other as described above. By providing your credit card number, you authorize New York Inflatables Inc. to bill your credit card for the full amount of any rental costs (less any cash payments) plus any additional charges if unit is returned damage or is not returned at the time stated on this agreement.
